Blood Tests
Our in house phlebotomist is available by appointment on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings to take your blood tests. Please book an appointment at reception. Alternatively, for urgent blood tests,
you may drop in to Wycombe General Hospital between 11am and 3pm on
weekdays only.
Test Results
Please allow 5 working days for your test results to come back,
unless you have been advised otherwise. X-ray results may take
longer to come back. In some cases several tests will have been
ordered and these may come back separately. It is important to check
if any results are still outstanding when obtaining your results.
Results can be obtained by phoning the surgery after 10am on 01494
474783. If the result is complicated or if the doctor wants to see
you about the result, we will ask you to come in for an appointment.
We will only be able to give results to the person who has had the
test.
